As one of Canada’s premier Caribbean festivals, TD JerkFest welcomes tens of thousands of guests every year. With attendance reaching between 68,000 and 75,000 visitors over a single weekend, the volume of inquiries before and during the event can become overwhelming.

Attendees needed quick answers to questions such as:
