The Challenge
After Hurricane Beryl caused significant damage across Jamaica, many schools were left unsafe or unusable. Thousands of students had their education disrupted, with some even attending classes outdoors while communities worked to rebuild.
To help raise funds for rebuilding schools, the Alliance of Jamaica Alumni Association (AJAA) Canada organized a live fundraising telethon. For the event to succeed, they needed a reliable phone system that would allow donors to call in and volunteers to communicate without interruption.
Our Solution
B3 Host was honoured to support the telethon by providing the telecommunications services needed to keep the event running smoothly.
We supplied reliable communication lines so volunteers could receive calls, answer questions, and help process donations throughout the live event.
